Hodge Leadership

Hodge Foundry’s senior leadership team, led by President and General Manager Joseph Simko and Vice Presidents Richard Smith, Mike Forsha and Robert Dorfeld, are responsible for ensuring that Hodge Foundry remains a customer-focused, innovative leader in the field of heavy-section ductile iron castings. Together, these four executives possess over 100 years of foundry experience and have an average tenure of more than 20 years at Hodge Foundry.

Assisting the senior leadership team is Hodge Foundry’s committed and experienced team of departmental managers. Collectively, these managers average 14 years of experience in the foundry industry, and have an average tenure at Hodge of ten years. Together, the senior leadership team and departmental managers are tasked with guiding Hodge Foundry into the 21st Century, and in so doing, are committed to the continuous development, improvement and growth of its capabilities and personnel.
